Counterparty DEX market-data API

Public, unauthenticated JSON endpoints are available under /api/v1. CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko have separately named adapters because their schemas and accepted market universes are different.

Current and historical Counterparty DEX data is limited to assets CoinMarketCap already lists. Other protocol markets are intentionally excluded from this adapter.
